  • Added Expected Close Date as a reportable entity, allowing users to include the field and view or export its value in generated reports. This can be found in the Customer Report Builder under Case Entities.

Share Files Preview and Download

  • Updated Share Files so images and PDFs can be viewed directly within Guardian, while other file types download directly.

WCAG Accessibility Improvements

  • Accessibility improvements across applicable areas of Guardian to improve support for users of assistive technologies. Implemented 69 accessibility improvements across Student Incident Reporting, Email Templates, and shared interface components to improve keyboard navigation, screen-reader support, visual presentation, form validation, and zoom behavior.
