Improved monitoring of background case exports by adding more detailed logging for exports that do not complete, allowing the technical team to trace and investigate failures more effectively.

Closed Case Extraction Supporting Documentation
Resolved an issue where IR Supporting Documentation was not included in the Closed Case Extraction process. Supporting documentation is now identified in the extraction index and included with the corresponding extracted case materials.
