System Log Language Clarification

  • Updated System Log descriptions to more clearly identify when an involved party is converted into a system user and when a user updates their password.

Email Recipient Visibility

  • Updated email recipient selection and case activity to display exact email addresses and complete To/CC recipient details when sending an email in Guardian.

WCAG Accessibility Improvements

  • Implemented 20 additional accessibility improvements across Student Incident Reporting and shared interface components. These updates improve semantic page structure, keyboard navigation, screen-reader support, visual presentation, page identification, form controls, and validation messages. Bug Fixes:

System Log Exports

  • Resolved an issue where certain historical records prevented System Log audit reports from completing and appearing under Reports → Exported Reports.

Custom Report Data

  • Updated reporting logic so reports retrieve the correct student profile and event information when profiles are linked or updated after case creation.

Case Exports with Large Attachments

  • Improved case export handling so exports containing large video attachments can complete successfully and appear under the Case Export tab.

Related Cases Display

  • Resolved a display issue that prevented users from scrolling through the complete list of related cases.
