Enhancements:

Sanction Completion Notifications

  • Previously, when a student completed a sanction, the email notification was sent only to the Case Owner.
  • Sanction completion notifications have been updated so both the Case Owner and Case Investigators receive an email when a student completes a sanction.


Bug Fixes

Anonymous User Messaging Warning

  • Previously, sending an email to an Anonymous User displayed a warning stating that the email address was invalid or that no system user had been tagged, even if the email was sent.
  • Email messaging has been updated so this warning no longer appears when an email is sent to an Anonymous User.

Default Incident Report (IR) Case Number Merge Code

  • Previously, the default 'IR Thank You Sub Details (Primary)' field in Guardian instances did not include the IR Case Number merge code.
  • The default field content has been updated so the IR Case Number merge code is included in all newly created Guardian instances. This allows the Case Number to populate correctly on the post-submission "Thank You" page.
