Incident Type Change Notifications

  • Updated notification behavior so that when an Incident Type is changed through Modify Details, the change Incident Type notification is triggered consistently.
  • Previously, this notification was only triggered when the dedicated Change Incident Type function was used. Users will now receive the same notification regardless of which supported method is used to change the Incident Type.


Bug Fixes

Duplicate Case Number Prevention

  • Resolved an issue where rare simultaneous case submissions could result in duplicate case numbers.
  • Case number generation has been updated so each new case receives a unique case number, including when multiple cases are submitted at the same time.


Instance Startup and Service Availability

  • Resolved an issue where some instances could remain unavailable after an instance reset due to a startup failure.
  • Instances should now initialize and come online successfully after a reset, helping prevent related Service Unavailable errors.
