- Expanded My Tasks filter options to improve visibility into assigned checklist items with future due dates.
Activity Log Language
- Updated Activity Log language for improved clarity and consistency, making case activity easier to understand.
Modify Details
- Improved visibility of Other Details updates so changed values are captured more clearly in activity logs and case exports.
Bug Fixes
Checklist Item Reporting
- Resolved an issue where checklist item status and completion date fields could display inaccurate completion information in Custom Reports.
Case Access
- Resolved an issue where certain users could be redirected back to the Case Management dashboard when attempting to open cases they had permission to access.
Case Form Display and Export
- Resolved an issue where completed case forms could display inconsistent spacing or export as blank documents.
Custom Date Field Formatting
- Resolved an issue where custom date fields on Incident Report forms could display in a different format than the default Date field.
Case List Filters
- Resolved an issue where Case Management List View filters could appear set to “All” while still applying a more limited filter selection.
Other CC Email Validation

SFTP Import Character Handling
- Fixed an issue where supported special characters, including apostrophes and hyphens, could display incorrectly after SFTP import.
Auto-Create Case Email Processing
- Resolved an issue where certain inbound emails sent to an auto-create case email address could be accepted but not create a case as expected.
Custom Report Text Encoding
- Resolved an issue where certain Custom Report fields could display encoded or HTML-style characters in report results or exports.
System Log Search
- Resolved an issue where System Log activity could appear available for a selected date but return no records when opened.
Custom Report Entity Fields
- Resolved an issue where certain entity fields could return blank values or no results in Custom Reports.
Multiple Role Access Handling
- Fixed an issue where certain combinations of roles assigned to the same Incident Type could result in unintended access restrictions.
