Overall Statistics

  1. Total Incidents Reported
    1. Each Incident Report (IR) is counted based on the incident type it was linked with.
    2. Example: If one IR is first reported under Incident Type A, then A gets 1 count.
    3. Later, if that same IR is moved to Incident Type B, then B also gets 1 count.
    4. This means the IR will still remain counted in A, and also be counted in B after the move.
  2. Total IR Converted to Case
    1. Shows how many reported incidents were turned into cases.
    2. Example: If 1 incident is converted → count = 1.
  3. Total Cases Discarded
    1. Shows how many cases were discarded (not pursued further).
    2. Example: If 1 case is discarded → count = 1.
  4. Total Cases Closed
    1. Counts the number of times cases were closed, not just unique cases.
    2. If a case is reopened and closed again, each closure is counted separately.
    3. Example: If 1 case was reopened and closed 3 times → count = 3.
  5. Avg. Case Completion Duration
    1. Shows the average number of days it took to close cases during this period.
    2. If no cases were closed → value = 0.
